About Maple Press

Maple Press has a rich history in book manufacturing and distribution services that spans more than a century. Four state-of-the-art facilities effectively meet the needs of our customers from Prepress through Distribution. Maple Press employees are committed to high ethical standards and providing superior levels of service and quality to our customers.

Book manufacturing operations are located at Maple Press in York, Pennsylvania. At this site, over 13 million hardcover and papercover books are produced annually in a variety of trim sizes and bind styles. Our combination of offset and digital presses gives us the flexibility to handle a wide range of order quantities utilizing the most cost-effective platform, enhanced by an internal component manufacturing program. The recent addition of complete digital book manufacturing equipment for ultra-short runs solidifies our ability to provide one-stop shopping for our customers.

Along with our manufacturing capabilities, our Maple Logistics Solutions division operates three, custom-built distribution centers in York, Lebanon and Mount Joy, Pennsylvania. Offering an extensive array of services, these facilities comprise nearly 500,000 square feet and can securely store your products, plus provide you with a wide range of third party logistics solutions.

We pride ourselves on the quality and accuracy of our flexible warehouse management system, one which supports consistently shipping out the vast majority of our orders within 24 hours.

All three of our distribution centers are strategically located near major trucking routes and bulk mail centers to minimize transportation and mailing costs.
